Finally a more finished Panty and Stocking fanart :) Will be selling this at Megacon (coughTHISWEEKEND!cough). I had a lot of fun doing this, I wish I had time to do a proper Scanty and Kneesocks art but I guess that'll come later ;)
Did lineart traditionally w/ pens and then the rest was Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI~
